Room was clean but had a smell to it. Breakfast was not available at 7 as advertised and disclosed. Staff was difficult when trying to alter reservations to booking. I understand that I booked through expedia but they had the power at the hotel to permit an alteration to the reservation dates (at this was 48 hours in advance). We picked this hotel because it could accomodate a family of 5 and was the most affordable in the area for the dates needed. Looking back, it would have been best to spend the extra $ to have a breakfast and a better nights sleep. Disapointed and likely will never try this hotel again.

good options for breakfast the pool was to warm & oily. we couldn’t use the pull out bed see pictures attached. i booked this room for that reasoning… there was a kids birthday party in the lobby ( that’s fine and all ) however we could hear them screaming at 11 pm all the way down the hall .. the front desk did nothing. over all i probably won’t stay here again.

Stay was horrible.....I don't think this room was cleaned ahead of my stay. There was 3 spots of something ( Almost looked like a gel substance) on the bathroom floor. Which I did not touch. The mirror in front of the sink had saliva marks on the bottom of it. The floors did not look like they were vacuumed. Inside the tub there was a small hole in the side of it ( I thought it was a bug at first). The rug was all frayed where it met the tile in the kitchen area. And the body soap bottle in the shower was empty ( Had to use shampoo instead of soap). This facility needs alot of upgrading. And the cleaning staff needs to be " Re-Trained"

Our room had musty odor and could've used deeper cleaning. Breakfast items not available due to malfunctioning equipment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Adequate for our quick stop overnight.

The entire facility was filthy or broken. No working outlets in bathroom. No hot water in building all Friday. Stovetop was broke. Comforter and couch were filthy! Mold in the breakfast area. Staff eating the breakfast while there was none for guests. Window screen completely torn and flapping in the wind. Found a pair of dirty socks in our room that weren’t ours. This place was just gross and shouldn’t be open.

The woman working the front desk was HORRIBLY rude and clearly miserable. I would rather sleep overnight in my car than have to stay here again. The hotel was so dirty, hallways, and rooms. Breakfast was not served until 7:20am - supposed to be 7am

We got a suite which had so much space and the set up was really nice. They ran out of pillows and they lost hot water while we were there. It was fixed by the morning, but that was fixed by the morning. The fold out bed mattress was scary, but the other beds were great! Full refrigerator and kitchen were very nice.

Was ok but could've been better for the price

Furniture in the room is old and some of them are in bad shape. Found some bugs in our room too. Breakfast is poor (cereal, some loaf, one waffle maker and scrambled eggs).

Pleasant

A/c worked well. Friendly front desk staff. Two staff workers cut in front of me to get coffee and I too wait until the were food. Kind of rude. No cell phone charger in the room that worked. The furniture was torn, ripped and stained. Did not touch the furniture. Need new paint and caulking in the bathroom. The carpet was questionable. Tv remote was slow. A little over priced for what we had.

The place was clean

The pull out coach the springs were showing! The pool ceiling was leaking. The room was not supplied with soap it was empty when I got in shower!

I liked how the property was close to restaurants / stores The property was dirty, especially the room. There were cockroaches in the room. The staff was rude when I mentioned the bug issue. The manager was kind and wanted to make it right.
