Lots of guest problems however which we do not hold against hotel. Guests yelling at all hours till well after 3 AM. Someone had squatted in our original room assignment so we had to change rooms. Apparently took several days to get them out and was a “regular problem” . This did not make me feel safe that someone could break into room and squat whenever they wanted . Breakfast was freshly made and available to those that wanted it .

The pool was a salt water pool and heated. It was awesome. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. And the staff was SO KIND. Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable.

The location. The staff were unpleasant. The front desk receptionist tried to charge me twice for my hotel and then when I refuse to be charged twice, they finally backed off, made me feel like it was a scam.

The pool is small but was warm which was nice, but we watched the staff dump chemicals into it during open hours. It didn’t seem so safe- no one should go in there right away but there were no signs up or anything about waiting for chemicals to filter through the system. When we asked for an hour more for checkout the hotel staff were not kind or accommodating. They granted us an extra 30 minutes but only after making a huge deal out of it and indicating we weren’t of the right membership status to gain such privileges and that one hour late checkout was a huge amount to ask for even though we asked early that morning. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life at a hotel.

When we came back to our room mid morning the cleaning room people were using our phone chargers to charge their phone.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Our first room smelled of mold as soon as you opened the door. . mold looked like it had attempted to wash away but was all over the ceiling and AC vent.
