The room was so dirty we borrowed the vacuum and cleaned the floors ourselves and wiped everything down on our own

The gym was closed for repairs, and the on-site staff didn’t have quarters available for the laundry. During my stay, water actually came through the bathroom ceiling from the room above, causing me to slip and fall on the wet tile. What bothered me almost as much as the incident itself was how dismissive the manager was afterward. There seemed to be very little concern about the fact that a guest had fallen because of water leaking through the ceiling. The bathtub drained so slowly that you were standing in your own dirty bath water while showering. The flooring in my room also appeared to have significant water damage. There were large gaps between the pieces of flooring with dirt and filth caked in between them, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The female afternoon desk agent was awesome, and the taller night desk agent was fantastic. Both were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shorter overnight desk agent was a different story and couldn’t even manage to have the coffee and breakfast ready on time. Between the maintenance issues, cleanliness, the fall in the bathroom, and especially the manager’s dismissive response, I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a good enough hotel for one night. Breakfast is very limited (no fruits) and rooms are cleaned but old. When we checked in at night, staff gave us a room that was being used by another person but they were quick to solve the issue.

It’s nice place located near several stores and close to the highway. The rooms are pretty nice and the service is excellent.

The room was not the cleanest, seems like cleaning the floors was an afterthought. The breakfast was very hit and miss, decent one morning, completely inedible the next with burnt eggs and cold watery sausage.
