Hampton Inn Columbus - Airport

Shuttle service excellent. Breakfast slightly below average for a Hampton Inn.

Convenient shuttle to the airport

No elevator, no baggage carts and no microwave in the room. Lobby restroom is locked and requires desk clerk to unlock.

Elevator did not work most of the 2 different days we stayed there, requiring carrying 5 bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. Carpet on main floor was wrinkled up, and room flooring turned my socks black from walking across it. Hotel needs some upgrades and remodeling. Staff wax very helpful.

Looked a little run down

Our experience was great. The only negative was that the elevators were not working. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly.

The elevators were out of service and no one communicated this to the guests. Kind of difficult when your room is on the fourth floor. Will not be coming back.The hotel showed many signs of being worn out.

Location and Shuttle was great Very Dirty Hallways , dirty by the elevators. My In the room Phone didn’t work . The thermostat for the HVac didn’t work , unable to use .

Next to airport Extremely dated

Location was great, didn't use the shuttle, but upon check-out, the front desk did asked us if we needed it even though it was 3am. Definitely would stay again based purely on price and location. The pool and the pool area left a lot to be desired which was surprising because it was summer. The pool looked very dirty and not well maintained. There were towels available but the system was just two trash bins one for clean and one for dirty and the whole set up was kinda gross

It was clean The elevator was broken and my son is a double amputee and I specifically booked and searched to accommodate handicap needs. Had to carry him down two flights of stairs

Breakfast was good. We also ate dinner at the restaurant on the property and had chicken wings that were so good.

fine you ripped us off. used to be free parking, now you charge 9.00/day? I asked why? Was told the airport took away some of your property. Parking lot was the same as it has been for years! Will not stay there again.
