Property was dirtier than you could possibly conceive. I have truly never seen anything like it

Dirty room infested with bed bugs. I thought it was a good deal as it’s very close to the airport and offers a free airport shuttle. I wish I’d never stayed, woke up with 15 bed bug bites that have caused me constant itching since. Completely unacceptable for the price I paid. Whatever you do don’t stay here! Receptionist was polite and helpful.

Felt like your run of the mill hotel in 1979.

Would love to have been there in that hotel’s heyday. The indoor pool was great. It was heated. The drain of the tub was backed up. Sheets were clean towels were clean toilet and sink area needed attention. Upon our arrival. Signs for the pool hours did not match the ad pool time. Say 9 o’clock in the ad but don’t post open till 10 on site. No breakfast only coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant day.

Only nice thing to report is the staff were very nice. However, the entire entrance had over 30 men hanging out drinking, hootin and hollarin near the front desk. The water in the tub did not drain, the dead bolt has a manual key for the closet or room off the side that spun in place with tissue sticking out around it to keep it in place, the bathroom was filthy, the curtains didnt actually close all the way (on the ground floor and can see right in) but the giant brown recluse spider was what sent me over the edge. I couldn't stay longer than 30 minutes, checked myself out. I felt so unsafe. I'm usually a "lesson learned" person, this was an "avoid a lesson learned" environment.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel itself is in terrible condition. I blame management for not cleaning up the place. The place is very dated and dirty

Very run down but stayed for only one night where we were passing through (if it wasn’t so late we would have asked for money back and went somewhere else); no bugs but smoke detector falling off walls, paint off front of building, security guard in car outside bc of crime, exposed HVAC system with running water in lobby, hair in the floor of room

Pretty dirty hotel, but the staff was super helpful and kind. None of the vending machines or ice machines were in service, but the stay was unique to say the least.

Do not stay here! The cleanliness was absolutely horrible, smelt like mold, covered with a chemical smell, the old carpet was completely disgusting and stained, there was piles of garbage lining the hallways and the just tossed the old bedding and towels on the floors outside each room. I wouldn’t even touch my feet on the floors in the room, I had to use a towel to scoot around the room because there was a gross oily film smothered everywhere. Just don’t!

Dirty, old and not well maintained.....but it was near the airport when all the other hotels were charging $300+ per night..... I would not stay here again.

Tried to put us in a room, key card wouldn’t work, got a different key card go back to room and walk in with someone in it. Gave us a different room that was dirty. All night people in the lobby partying and load could smell smoke and weed very very dirty

People and other rooms were having parties very very loud had to turn the TV up loud to where I could even hear it when I left in the morning. There was trash down the one hallway. The room I had the bathroom was nasty mold in the shower. The vent had dust literally covered in dust exposed wires, where something was taken off, but the wires are left there the water pipe coming out of the wall needs to be repaired and the sink plywood with putty on it caulking disgusting I have pictures

Rooms were dirty, dated, stained. Towels are thin from lots of use. No bug bugs though. It’s an old Holi-Dome turned into a Days Inn.

Will book again.

Clean room and cold air conditioning

We left because of the bathroom wasn't very clean we didn't stay there had to get a different hotel

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice stay. The facility is dated but if you can look past that you will find the stay to be a great value.

Outdated the building outside vero dirty inside dirty carpets. The room was even worst, with live and dead roaches, stained bed and chairs
