Everything is good. Only bed- need new mattress soon hopefully

Room was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast was rude. They closed some of the breakfast areas an hour early and told my 11 year old son off when he asked if they would be reopened.

Was an emergency stop over and was selected at the last moment. Pick up from the airport and check in was quick. Could grab some rest. Overpriced, breakfast was fair, room was not quiet, sounds from the adjacent room was penetrating.

Exceptional

Had a great relaxing stay. Went for 2 nights to attend the OSU game. Was about 15 minutes from the stadium with traffic. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away to be able to quietly rest at night. Barely could hear the airplanes at night. Breakfast was yummy and room was clean. They are remodeling but that didn’t interfere with our stay. We will stay here again when we go back to another game.

The room was spacious and had AC and with a decently clean and comfortable bathroom and bed room set up that made it easy for my friends and myself sleep comfortably. Over all I rate the stay a 4/5. The building is near the airport which is very convenient and uber/lyft ride is only about 5 minutes. The food options in the area are in walking distance and have selection to pick and choose from.

I like the fact that it was clean. Easy to do check-in. did I need to check this and was very nice and accommodating. They had warm breakfast. The rooms were comfortable. They had a pool. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool. The location is very nice next to restaurants not too far from Easton town center. I would stay again. I wish they had maybe more firmer bits. And more of a variety when they came to the breakfast food. We had a little incident where the toilet got stopped up, and I went downstairs to let the front desk know because the phones did not work did not really enjoy having to go all the way downstairs late at night to tell the front desk at the toilet was not acting right. When I told the young man he told me maintenance will fix it in the morning, however the toilet overflowed. He was able to get us a new room right away and I really appreciated that.

Shower leaked all over the floor, carpet was dirty, bed was sinking in the middle, spiders in the room.

Tried checking out on that same Mon morning around 8am-ish for a front desk staff & waited for a long long time( at least 30 mins), even asking in a loud voice if anyone was working but no-one answered! I couldn't wait any longer. So, I left a note at the front desk to have them email me the receipt since this hotel directly charged my stay. Yet, didn't receive any email either. Had the feeling that this hotel is a franchise, felt like amenities were in general not being maintained well. Felt like the owner was trying to cut corner or simply gave up. Will not stay again.

We were here for one night and it was as expected. Breakfast was good as always and beds were comfy. Only minor complaint was the elevator was out of service at one point as was one entrance door to the hotel. VERY MINOR! I believe renovations were happening.
