I come home to visit my dad at least 2-3 times a year, and my preference has been this hotel and they haven't let me down yet. The staff is great, and the "free" breakfast helps me to start my day. When/if something goes wrong, the staff/team responds immediately. Keep up the great work!!

It was a clean room we arrived late. A fuse had blown and half the lamps and plug in would not work. Called maintenance they were off understandably but unable to assist. So five people with phones, devices, medical supplies that needed to charge we had to pick and move things around.

Front Desk was awesome. Only negative was no cleaning of rooms between the two days.

Location, one night stay, Staff. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs tasted like powered eggs I used to get in Vietnam. No whole bacon, just bits and pieces.

Room was clean but the door wouldn’t shut. You definitely had to pay attention to make sure it was closed. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was very good and worth it. The area wasn’t great but they couldn’t help that lol

I did like the room and it was comfortable for our family. I would say the room was a bit on the dustier side, needing a deeper clean rather than the standard quick room flip. I would say attention to outside receptacles for waste should be closer tended to, to deter pesky bugs and bees being close to the entryway.

The outside of the property looked better than the inside but it was very clean and comfortable, you breakfast was horrible, when I got there they tried to charge me a 250 local fee something about a 50 mile radius I never heard of a local fee

Staff was nice. Location near Columbus Air Force Base was good...about 10 minutes or so. They have a bad humidity problem in the building that is obviously been ongoing for al long time. We had 2 rooms in different areas of the hotel. Everything felt wet/damp. The carpet, the air, the bedding. There was MOLD on the ceiling and I'm sure by the smell it's everywhere. Several fixtures in the room were rusting badly from the moisture. A large light fixture hanging over the couch was about to fall out of the wall. It was hanging by 1 screw. At first glance the hotel looks renovated/updated. Don't be fooled, it's lipstick on a pig. We skipped the free breakfast and went to McDonald's across the street. The hotel breakfast was overcooked, dry, not appealing. We did submit a review to corporate.

Staff was outstanding, moving us to a new room when TV did not work. Made everything easy!

Pretty outdated. Did the job, clean bed sheets and bathroom. Quiet. Had an issue with first room, nice and quick acting staff.

The room was clean, staff was kind but couldn't officially get checked out and obtain a receipt. We didn't have a working mini fridge and the toilet wouldn't fill up we had to manually do it.
