Great hotel, Nice rooms.

No breakfast buffet!

The beds were comfy. There was a terrible smell in the hallway and the rooms. There was black mold in the air conditioning units. The pool chairs smelled like mold and most were broke.

Location Very well lit at night.

We had to book a room unexpectedly during Labor Day weekend plus it was a big football game too so the prices were doubled everywhere. So out of five hotels we chose the Courtyard. When you walk in the smell of the hotel was so nice. The concierge was very customer service friendly and luckily they had what we needed. The suite is large and the beds were so comfortable. My only negative is, the furniture in our room was very notably stained.

Easy check in, comfortable beds, loved having Starbucks on site. Staff was friendly to my 10 month old! Loved being close to town but hotel was quiet. Na

I had purchased 2 rooms and was told that we could not get the rooms side by side. The room was not all that clean and there was no soap to wash your hands in. It was an ok stay but I will never revisit this property again!

The staff were not so friendly, no welcome to the Marriott or may I help you at all. When we arrived the man at the desk just watched us and we said hello and he didn’t speak, he acted as if someone did some to him. He need to do better when guests arrive.

I didn’t like anything about it after I realized they wouldn’t work with me although they knew I paid for my room. There had to be some type of work around instead I was forced to cancel my reservation. Who is to say I was able to afford another room?

The rooms and carpet need updating, musty smell but staff was amazing

There was a mixup in room assignment. I didn’t get the room I had ask for .

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice as it made me feel like home away from home. The light above the bed wasn’t working

The accommodations were nice. I would stay there again.

The whole establishment needs a renovation. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the complimentary water and snacks.

The location, easy access to downtown. The onlyt thing where not satisfied with not having our room cleaned every day, we asked several times and had to ask for towels every day and they only had hand towels and we were there for five days.

..and why would take the cable cord a loose????also the floors in the hallway was was dirty my whole stay.. There is a bigger and bigger stain on floor 3 Please clean the carpet it needs it very bad Mangers of this property walk your floors daily it's not that much and take care of the issue in a timely manner other wise check the corner of the rooms very dirty...I just think this is beautiful hotel.. Please try a little more effort to keep it beautiful .. Yes

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there, because I slept late. I feel as if the rooms need a deep cleaning especially the couches that are in there,becuz there was a little stinch, but I always bring my own air freshener with me. But other than that, the room was good.

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. We reserved a queen “suite” which was literally a queen room, with a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave. I’m still trying to figure out what made it a suite. We had to book another room to accommodate our family. And then there was mold! Quite a few rooms had mold… visible mold throughout. Then there was a leak in the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend or return.
