Very clean. Kudos to the laminate floor in room, as opposed to carpet--truly makes the room feel healthier (dust free) and more sanitized.

Nice clean property with updated rooms, great with pets.

Room was clean, great customer service, Elevator need upgrade, need more variety on breakfast like bacon

YOU robbed me - you took my money and gave me only sorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! waiting 35 minutes - YES THIRTY FIVE MINUTES for someone to pick up the phone so that I was not able to correct your error!!!!!!!!!!

What i didnt like about the room was there were a lot of ants.

Overall a convenient location and clean rooms. Initially the A/C in our room did not work and maintenance was not available so we had to move rooms. Staff was very accommodating.

I am very fortunate to have stayed in a hotel with great staff. I had an unexpected extended stay but the staff was very accommodating to my needs. My room was cleaned even though I just needed a refresh and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is relatively safe and is walking distance to markets if I needed to get some items. The parking lots are well lighted and has enough accessible parking. I could have stayed and relocated at another hotel but the staff including housekeeping personnel have been generous, helpful, professional, and friendly.

Very outdated, patchwork repairs, sub-par breakfast, ac didn’t work properly, towels are old and scratchy, pillows deflated. Will never book again.

Couldn’t figure out how to use the microwave with locking door

I was here alone on business- the rooms were very very clean. Even my bathtub was nice enough to take a bath in. Staff was amazing and their coffee was good. It wasn’t the kind from the machine.

It's our second time at La Quinta in Cary NC. Always has been a pleasure stayed there. They did a big renovation, and everything looks good. The staff made us feel very welcome and were very attentive, especially Ms. Ana. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive and warm. Definitely 100% recommended.
