Breakfast Construction on site
-
Bed was not good. Tv not working
-
Location At first check in 1st room given had bugs had to request another room, then 2nd room didn't have microwave in room and the hot water had to let it run close to 20 minutes to heat up each nite and day
-
The construction happening while I was there was very upsetting and my bathroom was not the best

Poll has been unavailable for months. Construction noise from 8:30am to 6:30pm. The staff is very nice but the property maybe was a 4-star hotel a decade ago, but definitely not not. A cleaning person let themselves into my room at 9am to clean and I was naked in the bathroom. Avoid this hotel at all costs, the Hampton in. Right next door is $40 more a night and it’s worth it

This has been my fifth stay at this hotel and the room is always clean along with the bathroom, breakfast is good as well and the staff is always nice and helpful. This time around they were doing renovations but it made the stay not the best. When I checked in we had to switch rooms because the toilet wasn't flushing, then we had issues with the new room( the water was running brown) after the third day and the front desk staff at the time wasn't very helpful until the second shift clocked in. For the price I paid for the hotel it wasn't worth that price due to the issues we faced

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had nice, hot water with good water pressure. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was okay with a decent selection. Cons: There were several issues that affected my stay. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, which was very concerning and made the bathroom feel unclean. I also found a press-on nail by the dresser, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The TV never worked during my stay. There was also a lot of construction going on at the hotel. While I was working on Friday, the internet completely went down, and I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to work, which was very inconvenient. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping service. The housekeeper only offered to clean my room one day during my stay. Overall, there were some positives, particularly the comfortable bed, hot shower, working air conditioning, and breakfast. However, the mold in the bathroom, cleanliness issue, broken TV, construction noise/disruption, internet outage, and limited housekeeping made the stay less enjoyable than I expected. I hope management addresses these issues because the hotel has potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The property is being renovated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and very kind in assisting us!

breakfast was wonderful. lots of choices
-
the hotel was flooded, I did not find out till after I arrived,

Loved the location, the staff were great, and the actual quietness of the room despite there being lots of other people around. The room / AC smelled moldy. We tried looking around but couldn't think of anything that would cause it besides something we couldn't see.
