The only thing positive about this stay was the girl at the counter who checked us in. This place was not what they lead you to believe online. TV only played ads for the hotel or said there is no channels/signal. So many things in our room were broken or falling apart. The air conditioner barely made the room comfortable and it blew straight into the curtains. We had to put something in front of it to stay back. They do have a full kitchen, but they don’t tell you they do not supply a single item for the kitchen. You are able to rent pots and pans for $40 and rent other items for other fees. Breakfast is advertised as available, but I was told they don’t even have coffee let alone any kind of food. I paid for a disabled access room and none were available upon arrival. The icing on the cake was the condom we found in our light shade. We checked in around 5pm, got ready for our night out to explore the city, left, and came back around 9pm. We were getting ready for bed around 11pm and thats when we started noticing everything wrong. By that time the desk was completely closed. Tried to hold off a little while longer and around 3am I went to turn my side table light off and noticed a condom someone had left there. We immediately packed out things and left. First and last time ever staying at an Extended Stay branded hotel.

Nothing. I had to sleep to rest for a 8hr drive. Tv remote didn't work & there was no volume control on the TV itself. So no TV. I got bit by a spider on my forehead. Led to a doctor's visit & swollen face.

Price point - convienent The lobby attendeant Did a good job apologizing but the first room had a two used condoms on the the bed stand. Bed was made but pillow twlls u access granted after cleaning service so there is another issue at this property!!

It’s a mess. It has people living there, it smells like weed and dog pee on all three floors, the room had peeling paint, missing cabinet doors and the tv didn’t work.

The front desk staff all are very helpful, hotel employee has been amazing!

The musty smell at check in was awful. Room was nasty. Bedding was dirty. And there was a large crawling roach in the wall. We walked in and walked right back out.
