Location is not too bad Rooms are outdated. They could have at least a ceiling fan. The place could be cleaner. Price could be lower. breakfast could be better

Didn’t like anything about the property Paper thin walls, very basic and grim rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great. The only negatives are flat pillows poor internet services.

Centrally located within walking distance to downtown Carmel. It’s a very “pink” hotel if you Love pink it will fill your heart with joy. The amenities are wonderful! Spa and pool 9 AM- 9 Pm. Beautiful view on top floor. If you cant do stairs request first floor. It is a cute well kept older hotel. The pricing is very reasonable especially mid week. And best of all pets are allowed :).

Too many stairs. Not handicap friendly. Very old and noisy. TV didn’t work most of the time. Really need updating.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. Overall, everything is just about right for its price point, if not slightly above expectations. I look forward to coming back again.

Everything is perfect. I felt it very cozzy. You can see the sea. Just 2 blocks from the center. Very nice breakfast. You can see the sunset. Cannot wait to come back again. Carmel is amazing and staying at Hofsas makes the perfect match Everything was good.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and when we went to the office to grab breakfast. Three blocks from the city center made it an easy walk down to shopping and dinner. The walls are not very soundproof so you could hear the people talking in the next room.
