Nice pool and cozy fireplace areas. Unacceptable cleanliness, mold in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. For nearly $700 a night, I expect a spotless room, not a bathroom that needs a deep clean. The outdoor furniture cushions are dirty and stained they need a deep clean or replacement.

Convenient closer to downtown Carmel and to the shopping center We could not sleep well as noises from the next room and the noises early morning from the cleaners outside the corridor

Everything was great! I wish my stay was longer! I love how professional, helpful and polite the staff was. Dylan at the front desk was awesome! Only thing I didn't like was I ordered room service from the restaurant and I did have special requests because of dietary restrictions that were ignored.

Close to the Carmel Mission and Point Lobos State National Reserve. Pretty hotel with nice staff, restaurant and doggie friendly.

Great Location Central to the Area. One Complaint, wanted to use the pool Jacuzzi on Sunday Night at 8:00 pm but it was shut off supposed to be open till 10:00pm

For the price, the property is fairly ran down. Our beds had some hair on them.

Great stay. Close to everything.

Refrigerator was noisy. I could hear neighbor’s phone conversation while using bathroom. Restaurant and bar service were excellent. Parking fee of 30/ day and ‘resort’ fee were exorbitant.
