Meh- forgettable at best.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and quick to get me checked in. The room was great. I would have liked a bit more water pressure and more options for breakfast.

Nice, clean rooms. Updated. Comfortable beds.

Location, dinning options, warm & friendly staff. From housekeeping, lady in-charge of breakfast, and off course Ms. Rosa & Ms. Cassandra was very accommodating! Just a design flaw with the closet in my room. Decent breakfast as well! Design flaw of the closet in my room & elevator not working.

Not the most pleasant checkin experience. Elevator was out and host put us on the 3rd floor which we tried but the stairwell reeked of urine and cigarettes. The room smelled of mildew, the bathroom floor had a puddle and door wouldn’t lock. Went to report and requested a room on first floor which I requested but host says he didn’t have the list of clean rooms yet, granted it was 5pm. We waited but he gave 3 guests rooms before us! Finally got a room on 1st after 1hr waiting. Lobby was hot and carpet was dirty. Breakfast was meager and after requesting food the lady serving have is attitude saying it’s coming!
