Everything was "FANTASTIC" will stay again..

Nothing as such I did not like anything

Very convenient area. Good location The TV stopped working . There were no available rooms we could switch with to have a TV. Small temp problem but annoying.

The location. The dryer didn’t work.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel overall was very nice! Would stay again.

It is a very mediocre hotel at best. I dont know if id say I really liked anything about the hotel its just fine. Location is awful. Very industrial, random area that is super congested and awkward to navigate. Hotel looks very nice on outside but is kind of dumpy and outdated. Place really needs a true deep cleaning, that would make a world of difference. Staff is fine, not great.

A little trouble processing pmt, system problem, then coding door key, but end end of pleasant helpfulness through that.

The staff was absolutely amazing very professional, helpful, & personable. The breakfast was nice quite a bit of variety. Very pet friendly. The property was nice well kept. The pool & pool area was nice & clean. The room was a bit dusty, but otherwise clean & spacious. Sadly, we did see some type of critter (What it was we are not sure) crawl out of the power outlet on the desk. And, parking could be a nightmare at times with all the semi-trucks and work trucks taking up multiple spaces.

The room its self was ok. It’s 2026 and every room should have a TV equipped to watch Netflix or whatever and these were not. As a traveler with 2 boys we know it’s important! Bathroom was super tiny. Anyone bigger would have trouble shutting the door to use the toilet. Tub needs a good scrub. Water for shower was perfectly hot! And the beds were super comfortable! Overall it was an ok stay. Prolly won’t choose this hotel again though.

There wasn’t anything to dislike it’s a refurbished building. So typical wear and tear. However, the corners of the room were clean.
