As a long time and loyal IHG/Holiday Inn customer, absolutely disappointed in the callousness of the staff when I requested an early departure because of a death in the family and asked to be credited for unused nights. Totally unresponsive and passing the buck despite my offer to pay an early departure fee. They’ve just lost a customer.

Very clean. Exceptional stuff.

Zero issues getting checked in. Room was clean and refreshing.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was in need of some wall repair and the bathroom needed some work on the shower door. It was very hard to slide open and close. The beds were a bit lumpy, but not terrible overall. It was nice to have a restaurant downstairs and an off the menu breakfast. All I all we wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was clean & well maintained. I also appreciate how the pool was maintained. It was kept clean The black guy with dreads was rude. He worked the evening shift Friday & Saturday. The black guy who worked morning shift Saturday & Sunday was rude as well. Starting with Friday every time I left my room & came back I had to get the key reprogrammed. Annoying but didn’t make a big deal of it. Then, the tv in my room stop working. I let staff know & they put us in another room. Here’s where the bs started. Once were placed in another room & my husband stepped outside to get something from the car the black guy with dreads & the white guy who came to see what the issue was with the tv knocked on my door & the black guy with dreads stated there was A LOT of hair left on the bathroom floor & stains on the comforter. First of all my hair was done, my children have locs & my husband has short hair so I was confused on where A BUNCH OF HAIR as he stated came from & then he proceeds to say we damaged a comforter & will be charged $250 & possibly put out. My son did drop a piece of chicken on the comforter but it didn’t leave $250 worth of damage. That made me uncomfortable because why did 2 male workers wait until my husband stepped out to come to my door with the threats & false accusations. Moving forward to Saturday morning. Im having the same issue with needing the key reprogrammed every time I leave my room & come back. I presented the problem to the front desk & he was rude & snappy about the situation. I would also like to make it clear that all staff wasn’t rude. Just the few i mentioned.

Lack of hospitality and helpfulness. The hotel is right off I 55, they would not even tell me the exit.

Would appreciate a refund

The sofa bed wasnt comfy at all but hey it got the job done. Overall good stay and would stay again.

I didn't like my wake up call being a half hour late on the morning we were checking out it cost us valuable time in our return travel.

My fon is not working, the coffee maker is not working, the refrigerator is not even, its keeps moving everytime I open it

Everything! Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Amenities were great. Especially, appreciated the general store, restaurant/bar, and Keurig in my room. Would highly recommend. Nothing.
