Residence Inn by Marriott Boise West

The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. The front desk and staff were great and very friendly and it is located in a good area; close to everything! Not a fan of where the designated smoking area was.

This is a very clean property with lots of places to eat nearby. Right off the highway so convenient!

We stayed here one night with our dogs on our way home from a road trip and it was perfect. The woman working the front desk was phenomenal, she gave us a first floor room when I said we were traveling with pets. So thoughtful!!

We really like that it's like staying in an apartment with a small kitchen. It makes it easier to make simple meals and have space to hang out. Most Marriott Residences that we have stayed in have guest laundry that is included. That is not the case here. It is $2 to wash and $2 to dry clothes. The pool was very cold. Our room was also very cold despite having turned on the heat, or tried. It just felt like cold air coming out of the vent. The water in the shower doesn't get very warm, just barely above cold.

They booked us into a room with known problem with the AC compressor while it was 100 degrees outside. They gave us excuses and no solutions. Felt like they did not care at all and blew us off.

Really nicely maintained place with really nice people. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is that it is very noisy. The hotel is built very close to the freeway so bring earplugs. Cars all night long woke us up. Especially motorcycles.

Will stay again.

It was nice to have a little kitchen. It was stocked nicely. Just missing a bar of soap in the kitchen to wash hands, and a trash can in the bathroom. It was very clean, the bed was comfy. I'm happy with my stay and would stay again. It was a bit pricey though.

The staff here is incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the suite great for extended family travelling together. The breakfast included good variety. The only item would be that the mattress on the pull out couch bed was really too thin for an adult. Fine for a child. However, we could have asked for a roll away bed and did not so that could have been solved had we asked.

Staff is insanely polite and helpful. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The shower water pressure is a bit wonky and the water was more luke warm then hot - but I didn’t stay there for the showers 😂

breakfast: They were out of sausage gravy it was 20 minutes before they closed and cook would not make more, They were also out of coffee. The room had a strange noise that was intermittently coming from the bathroom fan that was annoying. it was clean tho, fromt staf was GREAT.
