Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square

Good location, easy parking, huge room. Felt a little dated, shower wasn’t very clean and pillows were horrible.

Easy to find Rooms were super dated. The lights in the room didn’t work. They flickered and wouldn’t stay on. Only one small light in the bathroom.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had many choices. Enjoyed the fruit and the salsa and cheese for the eggs. Best hotel this trip.

I had booked through Expedia, but didn't realize my work card was charged before I got there, therefore I could not do tax exempt for my company. The Hyatt staff were so helpful and got everything figured out before I checked out. Very kind and helpful staff.

The room was spacious and provided a desk to work at. The breakfast offered a good choice of hot foods.

The facility was exceptional! The room was clean. The furnishings were modern and up to date. The bed was comfortable as well as the other furniture in the room. The breakfast was amazing with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, fruits cereals, yogurts and waffles. Parking was easy and plentiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. This is the second time we have stayed here and will do so again on our next trip to Boise.

Information told us that room service would come on 2nd day of day with towels, empty trash and make bed. No one came.

Nice big rooms, clean!

The size of the room was good. Very spacious. It is close to the interstate. Easy off and on.

Location was perfect, the room was beautiful and being on the first floor was quite. Not enough handicap parking
