Convenient location to Idaho Expo where I had an event. WiFi didn’t work the 2nd evening I was there.

A couple of hours before arriving at Candlewood Suites, I was notified that the hotel couldn't honor our reservation because they were overbooked. The agent I spoke with helped arrange an alternative nearby. But instead of the suite I reserved, we were given a standard king room. I guess it's not a big deal. But I definitely would not reserve at Candlewood again.

We were enthusiastically greeted on arrival by the staff and were processed quickly. The rooms were above our expectations and very clean and comfortable. We will be staying here for every trip from now on. Thank you!! Absolutely nothing.

The white bottom surface of shower could use a good scrubbing. Under the showerhead on the floor was pretty black
