The breakfast and coffee was delicious. The location was convenient for us. The hallways and elevators were not very cleanly. The rooms lacked outlets and not much room for 4 guests even staying in a queen suite. The air system was older and didn't keep up well. The remote was barley working for the tv. It was a struggle to operate.

The room could smell better

The continental breakfast food was just ok.

Stayed for a game weekend at IU. Clean room, great breakfast, attentive staff, good size room, reasonable price. We will be back!

On the morning of checkout, when we were in remote meetings & had their "Not Ready Yet" sign on the dooknob, housekeeping still knocked loudly 90 minutes BEFORE checkout to ask if we were still there despite fact she could hear us talking

Location was good, quick check in. Property was under renovation, construction dirt was in the room, on the floors mainly in the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean, lots of hairs in shower and huge wad of hair on the floor behind the door. Beds were not comfortable and room was freezing on arrival.

Overall, great property

Breakfast was good but would like some meat variety if possible (sausage every day). Liked juice variety. Cinnamon rolls can't be beat! Area kept clean. Staff friendly, including construction workers. Ice only available on 6th floor.(We were on 2nd) Remodeling was still ongoing-noise, messy, inconvenience. Missing hair dryer in room. Sofa was in bad shape. Price of room was pretty high for the inconvenience of remodeling. I probably wouldn't have stayed & paid if I knew it was still happening. I will remember to check next time. Last year we had to go to basement for breakfast due to remodeling. I assumed it would be done. My error...

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but since the hotel is charging $500/night, I thought that people should know what they r getting. The only reason I put 2 stars is because the front desk staff was nice and apologetic. The hotel is dirty all over! Hallways, elevators! Last time painted, 1980! The shower smells of mildew! I wouldn’t stay there, if they paid me! The way it looked and felt, should not even get them 1 star. If the floor is under renovation, close it off, repaint, fix, make it nice, than move to the next floor. Oh, and do not speak in your room about anything that you don’t want others to hear! We heard every word our neighbors spoke! Walls are made of cardboard, no insulation whatsoever! Couch in our room as so dirty, I didn’t want to sit on it! Our AC was as leaking! We made a mistake of using the washer and dryer @ the hotel! Huge mistake! Unless and until serious improvement are made, avoid it and spend your money elsewhere!

The property was average at best. The ac made a lot of noise and overall their cooling system needs to be better. The beds were not too comfortable and average. The breakfast was decent. However they don’t provide any complimentary water and make sure you get a water bottle that you can fill up ! The location is also not very close to IU. Overall an average place to stay

The price we paid given these limitations was pretty ridiculous, which I’m told is par for the course for IU major family event times. It’s unfortunate. The staff is lovely and it was clean. The on-site parking for free and the free breakfast are nice as well.

Remodeling and no ice machine. Had a problem with the TV but the incredible staff had it fixed within an hour.
