Great hotel located within easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and IU campus. Nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not sure why hotel chains thinks it’s ok to charge very high rates for game day weekends and then provide no housekeeping for the rooms till the third night. At the price they are charging, housekeeping should be included. And if nothing else, bring some fresh towels, empty trash and and replenish the coffee supplies.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, easy parking and great location to the restaurant and university.

Staff was not very responsive, welcoming. Constantly felt as though I was bothering them with questions or minor requests.

Convient location with parking garage The room was facing the street which was extremely loud on Friday and Saturday night.

Hotel was great - clean and comfortable. The parking situation is a little weird so be aware as a first-time guest. You have to park in the lot behind the hotel and then take the elevator down to the garden / courtyard where you walk across to enter from the back and then take the elevator up to the ground level / lobby / or up to your room. The signage is vague at best, and the wayfinding is not intuitive. We found ourselves meandering around with other semi-lost guests - we all made it to the lobby, but it was an adventure. Other than that, great hotel.

Superb

When I arrived at the hotel after booking a month in advance, I was given a handicap room. I went straight to the front desk to have it changed. During my two-night stay, my room wasn’t cleaned, and when I called to ask why, I was told they only clean every other day. No one mentioned this at check-in, even though they were supposed to. The receptionist at check-in was neither friendly nor attentive. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. On top of that, I had to pay for parking in a public garage recommended by the hotel, where you could only park on the third floor or higher, and the elevator didn’t work.

Breakfast was delicious at the restaurant and the room was perfect!

Great value hotel, safe, clean with convenient parking right in the center of Bloomington. The hotel rates are typically very reasonable regardless of what is going on in town compared to other hotels in the area. It is our frequent go to option whenever we are in town.
