Room was nice, staff was always helpful

Everything was wonder. The rooms were really nice. It was definitely a home away from home.

I absolutely love you all staff. They make you feel welcomed and I love the fact that they know who I was when I came in. they are helpful in all was. There has been nothing I have asked, and they not been able to answer or accommodate me.

Overall enjoyed my stay, but the trundle bed was quite uncomfortable; I could feel the bed springs in it. Again, did enjoy the breakfast, the actual beds, the staff and the cleanliness.

The property was in a great location . I love it and had food places convenient to eat. The pool need to be reconstructed to get the brown spots out the pool. The trees need to be cut back so the leaves don’t fall in the pool water. Check out time is 12 noon housekeeping is knocking on doors at 945am . Also, the Sunday check out front desk need to be more professional and need to be trained on how to take cash from the customers if they decided not charge the card on file.

Clean room and property

There was an exercise room with modern equipment. The bathroom supplies were easily retrievable from front desk when needed. Breakfast staff unprofessional and not friendly. Hated the smell of bacon down the hallway. Limited options for anyone that doesn’t eat pork. No bathtub in room. The hallway always warm and not a nice smell.

The lock on our room did not lock very well from the outside of our hotel room.

Tai, the staff member was amazing in trying to accommodate another room for me but every room she saw in the computer as being available was actually dirty (not attended to by housekeeping). I ended up just checking out 3 days early and finding another hotel.

The room was very clean and was a suite with plenty of room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. It had everything I needed. Store was sparse and there was no restaurant nearby. Front desk was helpful.

The property is getting old and need a few modern improvements; the bathroom is showing rusted tile and base boards. The sofa bed need to be leather instead of that velvet material the germs omg... The pillows in the bed use to be great, this stay they were lumpy and not firm enough. The breakfast need to be re vamped, needs more options and some real eggs. the bacon was so thin I don't even know where they are ordering this breakfast meat. I think I'll try another hotel on the same street next time; maybe they are more modern...
