I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Staff was terrible. Staff was drinking on job from bar while sitting outside. Couldn’t get help due to staff being outside.

Good Asked about double booking was told they would cancel it. They called me after I was in my room and told me they couldn't. Whet in the exercise room to check it out then went thru it to the pool. Evidently they charge you to enter the room but there was no sign stating this. I'm 100 % disabled what could I do in the room other than check it out.

There was a stain on the mattress, the shower head was coming out of the wall, we needed more towels and the lobby didn’t have more to give us. The hall has a strange odor. The elevator is dirty. The breakfast was shutting down before breakfast was over. The tables at breakfast were all dirty.

The room was clean, the only issue we had was it was shampooed when we got there and the floor never fully dried.

Staff when I checked in were nice and very helpful No towels for almost 2 full days. Very hard to take a shower.

I loved the friendly staff and the room felt comfortable. The close distance to the airport was a plus and the breakfast each morning tasted delicious. It took like three days before we received room service. We needed to request that our room be cleaned but it was dealt with promptly and we were satisfied in the end. The room assistants or cleaners were amazing.
