Staff working there were great. Rooms were clean. Kooky pool area, looks like it’s been there since the 1950s. kinda cool

Ac didn’t work well so hot rooms personal on desk unhelpful, men whit actitud I been in most best western and all was really good this is the exception

This property is dated and presents well on the surface. The free breakfast offering is worth what you pay - cold eggs, row of microwave ovens to reheat items, coffee behind counter with no one on staff available, just should be missed!

The staff is very helpful. The facilities seems a little outdated, but clean. The parking is gated.

el hotel estaba muy limpio, el personal muy amable, no pudimos usar la alberca porque habia un grupo que viene cada año y eran demasiadas personas en la alberca y a la próxima mañana estaba muy sucia y le estaban haciendo limpieza, lo unico qué no me gusto fue el desayuno, huevo revuelto, papas, 1 tipo de cereal, leche de galon, pan de caja, jugo de cartón y cafe, es todo, en lo que ofrece el hotel dice que tiene area de computadora, preguntamos y la recepcionista dijo que no habia, deberían de hacer renodelacion del baño, muy importante este hotel no cuenta con elevador, las áreas públicas muy limpias

Never judge a book my it's review. I will start with the only thing I disliked, bathroom trash cans need to be cleaned out of filth. But the stay was better than expected. It was clean and very welcoming. Restaurants very close by and it was very nice on a hot day for the staff to have the AC on for when we arrived. Will be coming again

Staff was friendly sign like acknowledging policy super noisy. The room was super outdated. I found a roach and a moth. Moldy smell.

The web page makes the place sound great. DON’T STAY HERE! The property suffers from decades of deferred maintenance, the pool is murky, the “hot” breakfast is a joke (powdered scrambled eggs and greasy hash browns, bad coffee and warm non carbonated Pepsi. The location is in a bad neighborhood with homeless people camped out in the parking lot. The entire property is surrounded by a chain link fence with security gates that make it feel like a prison yard. The staff was helpful; none of this is their fault. Best Western needs to get its act together and send a rep out to do a comprehensive audit. When they do so, they will be shocked.

it was ok just needs more attention regarding the rooms specially the carpets needs to be replace other than that it was good

I don't like anything My room smelled strongly of pee, and my pillow was covered in hair.

I liked the room and property but staff was very disrespectful & rude to me and my husband

Staff were actually helpful. The guests who complain about them are the ones who let in their 20 friends into the pool area or have balcony parties at 3 am. Hotel needs renovation but it’s clean enough and the breakfast was fine. Although the price was good, I will stay elsewhere bc the other “guests” interfere with a good nights sleep.

Nothing Stay away & go to Extended Stay! Went in for a prior booking and the lady working there was plain rude and racist. Simply walking in and asked for the reservation & started yelling at me to go to get my license plate number after telling her sure and requesting to search my booking in the meantime. Started knocking on the table and it was plain weird. Told her I’m leaving and she was shocked. Went to Extended stay and had a great experience and cheaper too! We started talking about my experience at best western and he said that there are stories of a lady working there who is awful while another worker is amazing. Sounds like I found one of them.
