The staff was very professional and nice. When I travel back Bakersfield California I will be staying there.

Bad

For the most part, everything was good. Staff was very polite and helpful. We didn't like that 2 vehicles were allowed to take up 2 spaces each. Especially since one was a disability space. If those patrons didn't want someone to park next to their vehicles, then they should have parked a little further away. Like on the opposite side where there was plenty of space. It would help if someone from the facility would take a quick walk around the parking lot to make sure everything outside is okay.

Mom said if you cant say something nice, dont say anything.

The staff at the front desk was nice and courteous. We were able to sleep well it was very quiet rooms were clean

Exceptional

Leaking restroom floor boards, lamp shades had water marks and cracked the smell in the room was covered up with air freshener. Mildew in the shower along with a disgusting tub. I had to cancel my reservation this was horrible.

The cleanliness of the property was average. The shower needs maintenance and they put stained sheets on my bed

Our room was decent. My only complaint is that the bathtub was really old and there was a crack in the bottom by the drain so we couldn’t take a bath. Other than that everything was good
