I didnn’t like at all very poor cleaning and the beds the worst i woke up with a pain in my back ( holes in the mattress)and also too noisy every time i change a position it make a noise and there is too many marks of burn ( from a cigarette) so no Everything and also the towels for dry your hands dirty

Place is conveniently located and affordable Each visit is a new surprise. Last visit was a pre booked reservation, they gave us a dirty room. Bed was not made, feces on toilet, trash everywhere. Moved us rooms just to not get room service the following day. Had to argue with the lady at the front desk just to get clean towels. She first lied and said there weren’t any clean towels that they were in the dryer. First off, she works the front desk, not laundry. Stopped by the laundry room where housekeeping was, low and behold… there were clean towels. No lies or attitude attached.

Clean, a little old but clean. Breakfast had good coffee and waffles. No one bothered us. It was 1/2 mile walk to the bus stops. No restaurants or stores walking distance, and prices were outrageous at closest store. Neighborhood and people were sketchy. Pool hours: website said open till 11, front desk said till 9,one night they closed it at 7. Breakfast, other guests hoarded like zombies. Very very humid in our room.

I liked the hotel and the rooms, it's a very beautiful hotel. I especially want to note the professionalism of the receptionist. Her name is Cathy. I'm amazed by her approach to individuality, her ability to communicate with all visitors, and her ability to remember every detail. Please thank her; perhaps you can help her out with a bonus. I didn't like the smell in the rooms and hallways. It smells stale and always has a musty smell, in addition to the cigarette smoke. Everything else about the hotel is fine. The staff is all polite and the cleaning staff does their best.

Complimentary breakfast was very nice addition to my stay. The fact that the City of Austin Texas does not have bus service to the hotel.
