I called today 10/05/2026 @ 2:26 pm about my refund I never received the host was very rude and nasty and hung the phone up in my face. When I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. After I've called several times today to speak with a manager.

The lady that checked us in was amazing. They steal from their guest. They require a deposit for damages to the room. Even if there no damages to the room they refuse to give you your deposit back. They don't even give you body towels to dry off with and was not even offered room service.

I don't have a opinion about the hotel

Trash in hallways, carpet half riped ,ice machine not working, rude front service, 15 dollars for boiled eggs and banana, was told free parking but wasn't. Towels were not washed.and only two in the restroom. Stepping out the shower was not to safe. Restroom was small.

Where to begin….i wasn’t going to leave a review because I didn’t have anything nice to say. The room was not clean. The sheets had period smears on it…I can not make this up. I will say when asked the staff did give us new sheets and really anything we asked for. But some stuff is just a no no. The counters were dirty they didn’t bother to wipe them down they had toothpaste cup rings all over them. Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes I was able to clean the counters. The couch had stains and food crumbs on it. Which leads me to my next issue…they had little roaches in the room. I would actually recommend Expedia to not do business with this hotel. Which then means I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel. When you walk in the lobby it’s a little hopeful…but as soon as you get to the elevator you know you have messed up by making the reservation. Last thing…the lady at the front desk informed us they have complimentary breakfast in the morning…and that was the worse breakfast I’ve ever seen. Just stay away from here. Look elsewhere!

Dirty place strong stench as you walk in the place, the elevators n room, shampoo conditioner body wash containers all empty, no toilet paper front desk lady manager was very rude questioning why I was visiting Austin, not helpful.

Hotel very run down, there was a fire alarm set off at 5am and elevators never came back up to carry bags down on check out from the 5th floor, no ice only on 2nd floor, breakfast was not acceptable, showers had previous guests hair, not enough towels for stay, all staff so nice but the last day person on check out was so rude as if I was bothering them by asking for various items.

Our toilet didn’t work. We couldn’t get any extra towels. The staff was friendly, but that was all that was good. Me and my friends also got bit by something on our arms and legs. Not very happy with the experience. I feel like I paid to just be stressed out and uncomfortable. The whole time.

The mid shift desk clerk was off the hook courteous, friendly, and very respectable. I wanted a cup of coffee so bad after driving in Austin for 8 hours doing Uber. The second shift desk clerk took a moment out of her time to brew up a fresh pot of coffee for me and I found it to be one of the best parts of the hotel.

Exceptional

$50 deposit. They make you pay for parking too. Be aware before you book online. It’s in a trashy area and the hotel is falling apart. Stains on the couches, wet damp sheets, etc. would not stay here again.

The price and how nice the hotel was for the price. The receptionist that check me and my sister in kept making rude and nasty comments about our age and how we are to old to be going out to the clubs, she was very rude and made us very uncomfortable and upset.

The only thing i was not pleased with was a charge for parking in the parking lot associated with the establishment as well as a charge for breakfast.

This is a great property. It is very clean, spacious, great rooms, but the minute I got off the elevator I thought I was in a cheech and Chong movie. The amount of marijuana stink in this entire hotel is incredible. They would do a good job to start cutting down on the marijuana use, especially in the no smoking rooms and in the no smoking areas of the hotel.
