Hilton Garden Inn Austin Central

I was in and out. Like everything. Didnt know the area.

That is close to shopping centers That was very clean

Nice

Beautiful clean property, spacious room, friendly staff!

Clean room helpful staff. Easy parking

I would return to this hotel, great and safe location close to UT Austin were we where and easy to get there. Free parking in well-lit lot... I totally recommend even though I'm a Marriott guy

Great hotel!

Very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was nice. The location wasn’t great and the breakfast was terrible.

Motel was very clean and modern. I think it was recently built. Absolutely enjoyed my overnight stay. Had a bar and restaurant which were very clean and modern. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Sylvia and the staff at breakfast time were so helpful and sweet. Everyone was just incredible

Clean property great service and great parking

VERY clean, great location and great staff. Stayed 3 nights and had zero problems. Will be staying here again.

The air conditioning made noise all night. Also, I request a room close to the elevator but was placed at the end of hallway. As a single person it not safe. The front desk clerk was not aware of how the room was sequence as the 202 is at the end of the hall and 212 is at the front of the hallway near the elevator.

No

Guests above us were loud and jumping on the floor all night.

Great location. Very professional and friendly staff.

Outstanding service and ideal location. The hotel staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, the Front Desk Manager, Hunter, went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Every area of the property was spotlessly clean, making me feel completely safe and comfortable. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with a great selection of restaurants and shopping options just steps away.

The hotel is one of the best I have lodged in here in the United States. The only issue I encountered during my stay was Barnum Bailey acrobatics then went on in the room above us for 3 out of the 4 nights we were at the hotel. Loud walking, jumping, and tumbling sounds could be heard clearly in our room each night past 1am. I only complained once to the reception desk. She said that she go to the room immediately that room. If she did or did not does not matter as the noise continued that night. However, our last night at the hotel was peaceful.

A super nice property. Great rooms! Easy parking! Not the most convenient location however…Plan to Uber everywhere and uber is expensive is Austin

Bed was comfortable. Close, convenient parking.
