To begin with the property, room do not look like the pictures. The property is oudated. The furniture is old but did have a smart TV! I got an email to check in and put all my information I'd, credit card all for when I showed up to the property do it all over again. Didn't see the point of it!! The front staff was average, but they did have a security gentlemen that was very friendly. The restroom was small and the floor was dirty. The towels were old. The bed were not queen as advertised!!! The property was enclosed with only one entrance wich was not convenient. They did have lots of cameras all over the property. The breakfast was average but the eggs were delicious! The dinning was small and gets crouded. They did not have many outlets in the room to charge phone.

The customer service is excellent. The breakfast was good. The AC was okay. The property isn't as nice as other LaQuinta's the service made up for everything that was wrong.

The place has a bit of a smell. There were people drinking and making noise by the pool in the evening making noise. the staff did clear them out when we called.

I have stayed at this hotel several times—I believe I’ve been here more than seven times—and I consider it one of my favorites; I never had any issues until this last reservation. I booked a street-facing room via the app because it’s more convenient and allows me to see my car from the room. When I arrived, I encountered a receptionist I had seen on previous occasions; he had a very bad attitude and was extremely rude when greeting me. I told him I had an online reservation, but he kept interrupting me while I spoke. He told me I had to pay a deposit—something I already knew, having stayed there before (in fact, as a loyal customer, I had previously been charged only half the standard deposit amount). I mentioned that I had reserved a street-facing room, but he replied that there were none available and assigned me an interior room instead. I’m not looking to gain anything from this, but he behaved very rudely and refused to listen to what I wanted to say at any point. At that moment, I would have loved to demand a refund—since I paid a significant amount for the room—and just leave the hotel. Ultimately, I spent money on a room where I could hear people shouting in the hallways all night long. I won’t be coming back here; I feel bad for the rest of the staff and appreciate their service, but this man should not be working with customers.

The room was not clean, rings in the toilet, mold on the lampshade, dirt on the hardwood floors. Just a horrible experience completely. May never stay at another La Quinta hotel again. Somewhere they took a wrong turn on standards.

Stay was nice located where I needed to be. But they closed their side gates so we had travel around the neighborhood to get them if we had to leave. The fridge was leaking. My friend and I were accuse of smoking in the room but no evidence. Also the parking was a bit chaotic as well never could park in front of my room on the first floor. The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was good for what well paid for.
