Everything was great, the room was clean, staff helpful, and friendly. The property safe and close to everything. The breakfast was probably the best from any hotels I've been to and price wise very good, and if I come to the area again I'll will be back. If any complaints is the bathroom is smaller than normal but everything else was wonderful. I didn't have food from restaurant but breakfast was the best.

Literally had cockroaches in my room. The manager said I had to reach out to Expedia for a refund and when Expedia contacted them they refused the refund. Do not stay here!!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the hotel is in a pretty good location (right off the highway but close to South Congress) and has a fun, funky design. The staff at the hotel were very nice, and I appreciated the breakfast was provided. Our room was huge, well-lit, and clean (aside from the bug sightings). If I were to stay here again I would try to get a room facing the pool rather than the parking lot. Those rooms seemed to have accessible balconies, and the pool area looked really fun. For some reason there was a sign in our room that we weren’t allowed to access our balcony (which we didn’t) and I saw several cockroaches running around the room (which wasn’t on the ground floor and did not open up to the outside). There were rooms that did open up to the outside but I purposely booked a room facing onto an interior hallway, because we were bring our bikes and I thought that would be safer. Parking also seemed to be a bit of an issue – especially at the front of the parking lot, where it is a super tight squeeze in spots.

the reception staff was very professional and friendly. They called to check if everything was ok with the room and asked if we needed anything. The pool and spa area is very relaxing. continental breakfast could have more choices.

Everything was perfect the pool is amazing

This is not a four star hotel by any means. It is totally fine, though. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is good enough, this will do the trick.

Thank you for the great vacation

Staff was very friendly and helpful but the water in the room wouldn’t drain from the bathtub, so I couldn’t shower. And the outdoor pool was in bad shape too. There were leaves and other debris floating on the surface, so I had to clean it myself before I could use it for a bit.

We enjoyed staying here.
