I accidentally booked an accessible room. The bed was terrible and the room would not cool down very well.

It was a good stay. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

The mattress was tired and needs to be replaced. It’s a no-go for any future stays.

Near the airport .. I had the worst experience ever. I had to change rooms 3 times. First, I had to change it because the door locker was glitching, and we were locked in the room and got terrified. Secondly we had very noisy neighbor that kept knocking on our door by mistake !! And kept banging their door all night . Third and that was the worst The receptionist gave another guest our room number by mistake so the Man kept trying to open my room at 2:00 am and questioning why we are in his room !!. I was terrified and kept convincing him behind the door that it was my room till he left. My mom got a panic attack thought someone is attacking us , I didn’t receive any calls from the front desk explaining what actually happened till I called !!.

I had a good night. I came in town for a last-minute vacation and needed somewhere quick to stay. I was able to check in around eight and the people at the front desk were kind and always asked if there’s anything they could do to help.

Bathroom has an uncomfortable bad odor. We asked cleaning staff to leave additional towels and didn’t. The room was not completely clean. It did smell fresh.

Arrived room was not clean: food on floor in main area and bathroom, sheets not clean. Contacted the desk and we were moved to another room. Breakfast selection was wonderful with a variety of hot and cold items.
