Very good

Friendly staff and spacious and comfortable room. Windows open a little bit. No amenities, so bring your own cups and glasses if you need them. Convenient location, but access from highway is pretty awkward

There was no breakfast just coffee. Our room key kept deactivating and we had to go downstairs and get the desk attendant to come up several times to fix it which was annoying. The location was convenient to get to the place we needed to visit. See above comments

Location Dirty

Property is old and not updated. Pictures online made it look much better than it really was. He walked in and it was a mess as far as the check-in desk area. There was wasps warning signs up everywhere and this was not communicated before booking the hotel. This was not in nice day or a suite for that matter the kitchenette was awful and the bathroom door when you opened it cut off the entry to the room. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast is coffee and instant oat meal pouch. That’s it.

The beds were comfortable though and they provided coffee and a few breakfast items in the morning.

Needs improvement

The front desk gentleman who checked me in. It was in a sketchy location. They place was old. My room smelt musty. The bathtub was slippery and I found a bug in my shower. I would never stay there again.

There was fleas in the room

even tho the room was clean it had a weird smell, the entry door would hang , requiring it to be slammed... when i was taking a shower the water goes off, could not get it back on.... when checking out i asked why the shut it off. blamed it on a motion sensor, why wouild it shut off in the middle of a shower... i am very disappointed and will not seek refuge their if i was homeless and dying

The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. The only issue I encountered was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room.

Staff really made me feel at home. Thanks to everyone for all your kindness during my months long stay with y'all. The caring and kindness of the staff really made all the difference!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. The only problem was the air vent in the bathwoom was really dirty.
