Nice modern hotel nesr the state capitol. They were quick to fix our bathroom door upon arrival which was appreciated. Staff were mostly friendly and gave us some good restaurant/cafe recommendations. Parking options nearby if you don’t want to use valet service. Hotel is not very sustainable, the paper cups individually wrapped in plastic in rooms felt very cheap. There is a coffee machine in the room but no real mugs or water glasses. Glasses on tables at breakfast were dirty. We were not able to use the laundry service when we arrived, and although there is also a laundromat (for a fee) on site you have to also purchase washing powder on top of that - which they were out of. Receptionist didn’t seem to care, we were told to go to a shop and had to buy a whole pack to do one load of washing.

Business travelers! Valet parking is all that is offered here! Beware! To go to work every morning: call front desk to request car 15-30 mins bf departure, Rude response including I should use the link to my phone (which never arrived). Re-take my phone number, repeat this every day. Come downstairs and wait 10 to 25 minutes for car to be delivered. Front desk zero help. Excruciating at 6:00am, in the heat & rain. I was late to a meeting one morning w a group I’m sure also missed their tee times. The front desk staff could 100% use coaching, Had no idea if they could accomplish an early check in, as a business traveler, it’s pretty standard for me to need. No other hotels in Austin have made it anxiety inducing to know if can pay to have a place to work before 3pm.

Very quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted during our stay in Austin. Valets were extremely helpful in setting up valet service and app. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff.

The staff was delightful. The room was very quiet. Amenities were great. The neighborhood is nice but the street the hotel is on feels a little bit neglected. I never felt unsafe, just a bit like I was on the edge of the nice part of town. I wish the rooftop was open for everyone. Would have loved to have seen the view from up high.

We had paid for capital view and ended up being put into a view facing building. Shower was not working well had to have maintenance come fix. Staff was nice. Restaurant down stairs took almost 1hr to give me my food to go. Not the best experience
