My room was very clean and amenities were great. If you like your coffee weak and fresh, you’ll love the coffee. Downside, by the second night’s stay the hard to dry carpet was smelling a bit. If not for the loud fans and smell, it would have been a much higher rating.

The location was good. Rooms were clean.

It was clean When we checked in, we turned our air conditioner down to 67° to make it comfortable upon returning for the evening. Our air conditioner never called the room below 74 and sometimes up to 77°. When speaking with the front desk staff, there was no resolution other than to move to another floor that was also out. I would like a refund or some sort of compensation. This was the worst trip we made ever never go back.

This was our second stay here and everything was great. Good location to everything in Austin. Clean room. Staff very helpful. Will stay again.

breakfast was decent. the location isn't very close to restaurants, but you can walk to some 15 minutes away in the heat. fire alarm went off twice during the night

The fact that the fire alarm went off randomly and the elevator wasn't working, I honestly expect a discount.

It is the random fire alarms in the middle of the night. And then again at 5:50 am... with no explanation from the front desk staff...elevators were not working the next day.
