From check in to check out, the people in the front were very accommodating.

Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. My one issue was with the pillows. They were the absolute worst I’ve ever laid on. It was like a lumpy sandbag in a pillowcase and I slept awfully.

Our AC was not working properly, our remote was not working either. I called the next morning and they sent someone to fix the remote and they tried to fix AC but it still wasn't working properly the other thing was when I called before I came I requested a late check out but since I didn't have a particular type of membership I couldn't stay past 12. I don't think I will stay at the Marriott or use the points

If not for the AC issue I could deal with everything else. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Good overall. A little more work experience for the lobby area would be nice. I will be back if I have the opportunity.

I’m sure nothing could be done about it And I understand that things like this happen But what I don’t understand and what really disappointed me was when I informed the front desk and was told that the GM of the property would contact me…. I was never contacted for an apology or any attempt at any type of response or anything… just …. Ok go away leave don’t make a fuss…. Bye Bye Now…. We got your money that’s all that matters to us….!!!!!! Extremely Disappointed

The staff is what makes this property unique. Everyone was kind and respectful. The room was extremely clean. I was a housekeeper back in the day, a hotel manager, and now a hospitality consultant. So, I would know :) I did not partake in any of the amenities, but I saw other guests enjoying the cold lemon water, the complimentary coffee and cookies. Some furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced in the common areas, but nothing the naked eye would probably notice. The location is great. The area around the property doesn’t look very nice, but the hotel was very safe. You actually need to scan your card at ANY TIME to get in, even during the day. It’s safe. Stay here and enjoy!
