Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly staff. Parking lot was well lit and easily accessible. Breakfast was readily available as well. Super clean room.

It was adequate for my needs

Horrible!!! Guests were coming in and out of their rooms in the middle of the night waking me up with slamming doors. The freeway was also pretty loud. I complained to the front desk, got my room changed to a different floor but same issue with people slamming doors. I requested a cancellation for my second week of stay and front desk said they sent in the cancellation already. Then the manager came in and said something different.. telling me it could not get cancelled and I had to call my booking company so I could get my refund.. there is no number I can reach out to outside of them. Buyer beware!!

It was okay. Was able to get a room at the last minute in a hurry. AC kept shutting off but we would just turn it back on. Shower water pressure wasn't great but running water is running water. Our room keys quit working the second day we were staying but the receptionist at the front desk got them working for us again immediately. Covered all the basics, it was fine.

I need a refund asap. Very bad customer service and room service. I left immediately. The office clerk did not seem to care at all what’s so ever. I’m very disappointed and not satisfied!

Olía bastante mal a humedad.
