Value Suites Extended Stay - Arlington

The place is sketchy, smelled like weed, our remote didn’t even work. When we told the front desk they said there was nothing they can do about it. The neighbor next door had dogs that barked all night couldn’t sleep. There was no iron or toiletries besides toilet paper. It would be good to mention you have to provide everything yourself. Just not the experience I was expecting.

Too much hanging out, smells like smoke even on the parking lot, garbage was over full. I didn’t even stay at the hotel. The rooms were horrible. Everything. The pictures online don’t add up to what it looks like in person.

We checked in but did not stay. There were men blocking the door hanging out. We witnessed adults renting rooms to minors. I am requesting a refund as we did not feel safe.

Location was close to stadium Room was dirty, and facility was trashy , and my room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Bedsheets were damp, holes in the wall. Mold in the ceiling of shower, and there was a screw in place of faucet handle in our sink. Carpets were stained and carpet shredded. Elevator was broken and had to walk up stairs to the third floor and ended up leaving the same night.
