The AC worked great but most of the carpet floors were either wet/ in the process of being dried and smelt like mildew. The carpet in the rooms wasn’t much better.

Getting to the location was easy but as far as I’ve seen the parking lot was smaller than most hotel parking. Go inside you’re not warmly greeted it’s more like “Hey you got a reservation?” Then as we go to check in we’re told a whole different price than what was booked because of the deposit, I know I booked through a 3rd party booking app but I looked on the official website and neither said anything about a deposit. Get to the elevator it’s scratches graffiti in them they’re loud and rumbly. The room was spacious well stocked with amenities but the tv wouldn’t turn off which was weird so I had to unplug it. Noticed stains on the walls not sure if it was makeup or old smeared blood I would have taken pictures but I was only there one night and checked out before 11 am. There was shooting close by the area and then around 5 am the fire alarm went off then turned back off which was weird I asked what was going on but didn’t get a straight answer. But comfortable beds, hot shower, and soundproof rooms. Would I stay here again I would avoid to, it would be a last resort.

The room did not smell great! It was musty and smelt like soccer practice just ended, even with lots of perfume sprayed the smell lingered out whole stay! Otherwise a great experience!

Manager was rude and never got back to us regarding an issue
