Very clean, breakfast

The location and property are very nice. My check in was at 4:00pm arrived at 5:05pm. The desk employees said they weren't sure if my room was ready. After looking and checking I was able to check in.

My wife and I showed up at midnight to check in the hotel to find out that it was overbooked and we had no where to stay. Even though we already paid and confirmed prior to arriving.

I loved the fresh, clean feeling the moment I walked in! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The full breakfast bar exceeded our expectations, with hot food and a microwave available for reheating. The location was perfect and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience! The only disappointment was that during special events, the hotel shuttle doesn’t take you directly to your destination. We were going to AT&T stadium, and although the trolley picked us up in front of the hotel, it dropped us off several blocks away from the stadium and we had to walk the remainder of the way. ?

The breakfast was good but could have more choices. The hallway and the elevator was hot. My room at night got pretty warm also. So it was not good sleeping and sweating. Overall it was ok. The room could have been more cooler. The temperature was not so cool. It was set at 61 but it never got that cool. I had to sleep with my portable fan blowing in my face all night.

The location. The staff had a disconnect with the pricing of their hotel and pricing of booking through Booking.com. They kept saying the price was higher than my booked price and blamed it on "taxes". Tried to justify it and say Booking.com doesn't account for specific taxes but when I looked at my invoice the dollar amount they said matched what Booking.com said. After waiting for a manager for over 30 minutes, they finally got called in the back. Then came back and said I was right. Wasted all that time as our plans were meant to go immediately to Six Flags when we got in. On the top of this, they put us in a room where the AC was broken. We dumped all our luggage in the room. I was going to give it a chance to cool down by the time we get back from the park, and when we got back it was still hot. The night manager was nice enough to move us. She provided great customer service.

Excellence Service easy access to everything Nothing

The staff is really wonderful and helpful. No issues with parking. There was a really off putting smell in the hallways. Like backed up sewage with a lot of air fresher spray to try to mask the smell but made it so much worst. The water dispenser is tiny and was empty every time I tried to get water. Rooms are spacious and clean. The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors talking and all the road noise. The AC when on kept the room cold but when it would shut off its uncomfortable hot. I only stayed 2 nights and it served its purpose as a place to sleep. Location is convenient to Six Flags and AT&T stadium. The trolley service is also convenient.

Very comfortable bed and pillows

Sink had very little counter space for 2 people. Beds were comfortable. Cookies and water in lobby were nice TV reception was awful. Rug in elevator was filthy

Everything was perfect. All the staff from front desk, breakfast staff and maids were very nice and made sure we had the best stay! They went above and beyond! Not one thing!
