I went to check in about 1130 at five and after I done paid for the room, a two bed and a fold out couch room, and after walking around in Six Flags all day long literally from when they open till they’re closed, I get to the room want to go to bed but instead we get told they sold our room to somebody else after I called them earlier that day and verify my room and they told me it was good to go get here when I won’t and have fun at the park so instead they gave me a one bed and my kids had to sleep on the floor and they blamed it on Expedia for not giving them enough information even though I called them and verified everything the day before in the day of and they told me I was good. I will never stay there again.

Our stay was very disappointing. The pictures online for booking are NOTHING like the actual hotel. The online pictures show a newly remodeled hotel. In person, it is run down and under construction in places. We booked a double queen and got a king/couch pullout. There were another person's belongings in the room when we arrived. The couch pullout was ridiculously uncomfortable, like sleeping on the actual springs, and the bedding given for it didn't even fit. We were told at the front desk that the room we booked was not available because we booked through Expedia. That should not matter at all and we did not even book through Expedia. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

We thought the hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Arlington, Six Flags or the Stadium. The location was perfect!

The hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. Our room was already cold when we arrived and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciate they had a room to sleep our family of 5.

Pros: convenient location for ATT, Globe Life, and Six Flags. Nice staff. Lots of parking Affordable rate. Cons: LOUD. All the rooms face out to a central atrium and all the noise of the night echoed up. We heard people in the hall and the elevators. And our room was on the interstate side. We got noise from all sides. It is under renovation for limited bar and breakfast area at the time of our stay. We can live with that. Nothing is going to fix the noise.

Great hotel, it’s in the middle of construction but still very good hotel for the price!

Nice

There were no issues with the stay overall. The one thing I was not impressed with was the breakfast bar. It was pricey yet the choices and quality were not the best.
-
Overall great stay. Location is the best

Was just okay. Tv in room didnt work. Was a bug on the bed and no easy access to an ice machine on the 7th floor. Staff was nice but during prime check in only one person working. Overrall 3 stars.

The hotel is in Renovation changes so it was a little different from what we were expecting considering the prices we paid. The only issues we had was with one of the front desk clerk (Angie). Although she helped in the end she needs to slow down and listen to what the visitors are saying or asking for before offering or refusing. It was a great stay and clean besides all the changes happening. Look forward to staying there again in the future once the renovations are finished. No pool. Cafe only offers breakfast and dinner at restaurant prices.
