Great people easy to work with good breakfast

There was no blankets provided only double sheets provided

The location was perfect ,but somewhat overpriced for the quality and not the best surroundings at night. The staff was helpful but at times they had no towels available and room service would show up really early. Overall it was a good experience but some things can be worked on.

There was some kind of argument happening with a customer and what appeared to be a maintenance guy the person was complaining about no water in the shower made us feel uncomfortable to say the least just listening to the employees responding to the complaint The bed was comfortable but nothing else felt good about our stay. The floors above us were noisy and the door slamming was loud house keeping was noisy in the mornings with no regard for people sleeping in. You come to expect some of these things I’ve mentioned but this place really excels at all of these things I mentioned. You pay good money at stay near your intended destination but and expect better service having done so and you get a mediocre place to stay. There is definitely room for improvement at this location

I'm tired of reading reviews that aren't accurate at all. Clearly this hotel is using friend/family/staff to post positive reviews on this site. Here is a reivew that is actually accurate and from a paying customer. This place is not worth staying at. It is musty, dingy, dirty and not maintained, and you'll see that the second you pull into the parking lot and enter the lobby. HOT AS HELL, mgt not using AC in the reception/lobby area is such a cheap way to save money. Missing ceiling light...exposed wires, non functional fridge and barely functioning AC. Mold and rust in the fridge and ice bucket. Poor water pressure. Pool closes at 8pm and is filthy. Poor breakfast options. Do yourself a favor and NEVER stay at this place.

Everything. This was the most disgusting, unclean, filthy hotel I have ever been to in my life. This hotel should actually be shut down. I truly don’t think it has been cleaned in the last 10 years.

When we arrived at the room it smelled like a musty smell and it felt humid. I found food inside a drawer which makes me believe that this room was not cleaned before we got there. The shower leaked and we didn't get but two towels and no wash cloths. Had half a roll left of toilet paper and had to ask for another roll alongwithmore towels. All but maybe one or two outlets did not work. Their blow dryer didn't work so it was good that I brought mine. On top of that the pool was not in works. They did have free breakfast but not a lot to choose from.

The Bathroom door would not shut. The Room had a bad smell. My vehicle was broken into and I was parked in the hotel parking lot next to the building. When I told the front desk about my vehicle being broken into they did not seem to care and did not ask any questions. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Its very dirty, dead cockroaches in every corner. The sheets are very dirty and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Close to six flags staff very friendly Poor maintenance looks like someone came through and damaged furniture cold water on 3rd floor. Missing smoke alarms. Poorly maintained dust every where.

Price was good but experience no so good. Fridge did not work, only one sheet to cover with on the bed no other sheets or comforter to cover with and no wash towels. Hotel smelled like smoke and mildew floors looked to be mopped with old water and did not smell clean same for the elevator.

Front desk people were not present at the desk very often, had to wait for them for long periods. One guy was nice, the others were rude. Hot water for shower didn't work. Took them awhile to get it fixed. Breakfast was a joke. Everyone had to keep asking for things like silverware, once we found the worker. But still had to wait for awhile to get things. Only thing I like was the location compared to Six Flags.

My room had something slippery on the floor I did call the front desk and someone came and sprayed the room and moped the slippery floor but it still smelled bad There was no lotion The bottle was empty The kleenex box only had 3 in it There were only 2 big towels and no little ones

My gosh, when we got there to the room as we walked in there was roaches on the bed and walls. It gross us out. Went back to the office and asked to be put in another room. She was nice and did. We still didn't feel comfortable so we let the next day and still had paid for an extra stay.

It was a good stay the room ac was loud and look out the window and see people in the parking lot sitting out there with clothes and blankets where people park it was crazy they need to do something about that i wont go back

What breakfast!? Had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Breakfast and air conditioning in the rooms. I spent money on fans because the room was so hot!

The room had no hand towels or pot for the coffee maker or cups. There was no hot water. The bathroom wall was rotted out at the base of the shower. There was a non stop pounding on the wall from another room and police were called in the early morning.

Our stay was awful. Our room REAKED of the smell of weed. None of the rooms were stocked with towels or any extra toilet paper. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful. 0/5 experience.
