Ran a little short on soap and towels. Cold Water was warm as is in Texas when it’s 100 degrees for 4 weeks straight. But the Hotel was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We felt safe. Very convenient to Cowboys stadium and Rangers Field. A great value.

The room is comfortable and size is good. Our room is on the 2nd floor, the bathroom has high ceiling. That's nice and feel more spacious.

The staff prepared a few freebies to hand guest attending the BTS concert. They were super sweet and kind and will definitely stay here again.

The place reeks of air freshener or some type of incense. It hits you as soon as you walk into to lobby. It has soaked into the room and sheets. My wife is epileptic and got sick because of the smell. We couldn’t stay here and had to switch hotels to continue our vacation. And watch the little clauses about non refundable prices. I 600$ on a week of vacation due to this place. I would never stay here again….
