It wasn’t the best DoubleTree experience but I’d stay again. Needs updating for the price

I got kicked out of my hotel room early. I am very dissatisfied by two hours. I tried to go back in my room. Cleaning ladies were in there wouldn’t let me back in. Sent me down to the lobby, saying managers gave them the OK then the front desk only tried to offer me a cookie wow..

Clean room

Staff in the restaurant , they were short handed and still managed to do the work professionally, shuttle bus driver was nice enough to find time to take us to our concert venue 👏 ,

The room was spacious, inviting, and very clean, and the ambiance was great. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long, tiring day of activities. The king-size bed was also really comfortable, which made it even easier to get a good night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless as well. The flat-screen TV was great and had a ton of live-streaming channels. I ended up watching like five episodes of Law & Order: SVU during my stay, lol! They also had Netflix, Apple TV, and more. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was not very positive, as they were not particularly polite or welcoming. I was also disappointed that I could not order room service, despite it being advertised as an available service. When I called the room service number, someone answered and said, “There was no room service today,” in a rather impolite and dismissive tone. The view from my window was also not particularly impressive, especially considering that my room was on the fourth floor.

Clean room and it was a perfect location for our trip. It was quiet and didn’t hear any planes or traffic.

Clean, good condition, great air conditioning in the room. Was not able to hear other rooms, so that was a big bonus. Great place to stay! Really wish there was a hot tub down by the pool.

I genuinely loved it. There’s was an issue upon check in but it was resolved. Other than that breakfast was 10/10 , the room was SPOTLESS! And the stay overall was great. Will definitely stay here again

Need to renovate and clean the outside look nasty on the building
