Hotel is good .

The AC was off when I entered, so I turned it on hoping it would help clear out the smell. However, the AC itself began giving off an unpleasant odor as well, making the situation worse. I immediately went to the front desk and explained the issue to the representative, asking if I could be moved to another room. I was told no and that there was nothing he could do to accommodate my request.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was okay. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was further than expected from the airport - but the room rate reflected that. On the negative side, the room was dated and in rough shape. Paint was chipped in lots of places, and the shampoo and lotion dispensers had fallen off the wall and no one replaced them. There were no towel bars in the bathroom and the decor (yellow "art" everywhere) was not relaxing at all. WiFi did not work. Free breakfast was a bust -- waffle maker was broken, there was no orange juice and the coffee was terrible. Going to Dunkin' Donuts next door was a better bet.

Good overall, but property needs renovation to repair peeling paint, worn carpet, sticky doors, and especially non-functional security at back door - Door is propped open all the time.

The rooms need to be updated. The hair dryer didn’t work. The lotion container fell off the wall. There was no stopper in the bathtub. The bathtub faucet had a leak. But the bed was comfortable.

Room looks essentially very nice. The bathroom looks like you've started remodeling- sink area nice but faucet very squeaky and stiff. Shower/tub area looks awful. Peeling tub, soap container on back wall kept falling off. Breakfast is decent- eggs two ways, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal, waffles, breads and muffins.

There was no laundry service, The room was old and worn-out.

The location was good. The hotel's sign was not lit at night during our 3 night stay which made it difficulit to find. Our originally assigned room was in poor condition with paint on the carpet, no key for the safe, wallpaper pulled off the wall in spots, shampoo & conditioner pulled off the bathroom wall, and peeled paint on wall in the bathroom. Our second room had similar issues as the first room with the cover of the HVAC unit loose on the unit. The wafflemaker at breakfast was out of order at least on Monday morning.

The day we were supposed to check in to our hotel I received a message from the GM of the hotel that our method of payment declined and our reservation was at risk. We paid for the hotel in full at the time of the booking so I was confused. It took me 45 minutes to get ahold of someone at the hotel just to be told that the message wasn’t valid and my reservation was fine. Upon check in, the first room we were given spelled so horribly of paint/plaster we walked in the door and walked right back out. The 2nd room wasn’t terrible but not great. Our sink and tub took forever to drain. Our ice bucket had a hole in the bottom and leaked all over the place. Our table between the bed was held together with electrical tape. And there were random nails laying on the hallway floor of our floor.

Got to the room, and it was nasty. Stains on carpet, trash on the floor, bathroom outdated, soap dish peeling, you had to TAKE towels from the cleaning lady's cart because I requested them and got nothing and no one came with them. Spent 400. for our stay, and we won't be back to this location. I create reviews at different hotels, could not and did not showcase this location. Thumbs DOWN

Every single time I had to go to the front desk, I had to wait a minimum of five minutes more like 10 to a human body appeared. The room was rundown and overall seem dirty to me.
