Chez Hotel Arlington Heights

Another pet peeve the remote was not working I told front desk maybe it’s batteries but no one brought anything. Also asked at around 7:45 pm if restaurant was open they told me it was open until 10pm. We walked up at 8pm and I was told the chef closed kitchen and went home so no food. Water in room was $5 not even one or two free bottles of water.

Very nice hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. Loved the comfortable mattress and extras like slippers for the hard floor and lighted magnifying mirror. The bar on the rooftop is beautiful and the pear martini was great. There was an issue with the television not getting out of the home screen but as soon as I mentioned it, they fixed it.

the walls are paper thin I could literally hear the couple next to me the entire night and their conversations and the next night someone snoring the entire night. The flat screen TV did not play any of the cable channels and there are no ice machines

Everything about the hotel was amazing! The lobby is absolutely beautiful, and i loved the piano sitting at the top of the stairway. Perfect place to take pictures. There was a wedding the night of my stay, and the Bride and Bridesmaids were all beautiful. We did not get a chance to go upstairs for the Salsa dancing, but i must say that the 6th floor was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I went up there the next day to take pictures, and they party rooms and the outside terrace is beautiful! I will definitely be back to stay at The Chez, and definitely recommend to everyone i know to stay there. The rooms were very nice and clean, and i liked the fact that they have complimentary slippers in the bathroom for their guests. The staff very nice. I have no complaints about The Chez Hotel.

The property is really nice. We booked a room for a Saturday night. Our room was clean and really comfortable and normally we would have enjoyed it so much more. However, we were placed on the 5th floor directly under a DJ party. If I had been told about this, we would not have stayed there this time. We didn't get to sleep until after 3 am and we truly needed a good night's rest as we were traveling all day Sunday. If you want a quiet stay, I think Monday through Thursday This would be a good choice. Otherwise, skip Friday and Saturday.

Really nice hotel! Clean room. The beds were so comfortable.

The entire facility, outside, lobby. elevators, hallways and the room were extremely clean and well-kept. We didn't spend a ton of time there but everything was wonderful and would highly recommend!

Great hotel. Stayed for the first time and was very, very happy with my choice! The rooms were modern and clean, the bed was very comfy as were the pillows. One of the best in recent memory. Tried the restaurant, airline chicken, was delicious. Everything was great! What a great hidden gem in the Arlington Heights area. I will stay there again.

There was a high pitched noise that went on all night in our room. "Breakfast Included" was a few pastries that were all gone by 9AM.

The hotel and room was so clean and beautiful.

The room is clean. Modern design. It looks like very new property. The only thing is about noise in the late night. There was a rooftop party extended to 2am, very loud DJ. If you don't mind it then this is a good place to stay.

Location. Decor. Bad sound insulation. Could hear people walking in room above. Can also hear the music and noise from party on the 6th floor, and my room was on the 2nd floor.

The hotel had a rooftop party with loud music, yelling and stomping until 2 am. I came to the hotel with my child. We did not sleep. It was a terrible experience and after speaking with the manager, I was told we will pass on the information. This type of atmosphere should be disclosed when making a reservation. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful. Bed was soft and comfortable. The late night dj party in the roof top was an inconvenience
