Screw you over with parking and extra taxes. Charge you for breakfast when they advertise free breakfast. Noisy room AC. Staff couldn’t care less about our stay.

The front desk services was top notch and made me feel like I wasn’t staying at any hotel it was love Nothing everything was good

The front desk staff and bartender were great. A couple of staff in the Bistro weren't particularly polite.

The location was good for the days I needed. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym which I liked a lot. I didn’t like it didn’t include breakfast and the coffee shop closed after breakfast hours.

I arrived earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate expect a parking 50 deposit and a parking fee as well

The only items worth mentioning that would be considered a “con” would be, the ceiling is very thin. I could hear the upstairs folks walk everywhere and it took me extra time to fall asleep because of it. Lastly, the food from the bar downstairs was only “ok”. It got the job done, I wasn’t hungry and it was close. The price was comparable to places around us. The bartender was very nice tho.

The beds were soft and comfy. I moved halfway through my visit to this hotel because of this on thing. I need a soft bed and they have it! We had the ADA accessible room which was convenient, but it was a bit damp and musty. I think it was due to the water leak in the lobby just on the other side of the wall from our room. the leak may have been from AC condensation, but who knows. Over all things were nice. I personally would have liked the hot tub a bit warmer. Like everything in Anaheim, Parking is a bit pricey. But the beds comfort is the most important thing to me and they got that right. In my travels all of the Marriott lodging I have stayed at has had good beds. A particular competitor chain has never had good beds and I will stop using them from now on and only use Marriott Band hotels.

We enjoyed the heated pools. We LOVE the toddler pool too. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms compared to other near by hotels, as well as the more modern updates. We have been making rounds trying out hotels that are reasonable for staycations. The room didn't have a bad smell and the toilet paper was nice and soft. Not too thin. The shower! Clean and awesome water pressure! The staff, some are incredibly rude. I decided to stay here even though my last stay wasn't the best. I somehow had a dress go missing. Last stay the pool (dirty) didnt open for me. This time some doors wouldn't open w/ my key. I was not aware of the time doors locked. When I returned, I was greeted with a bit of aggression in the woman's tone and annoyance. I work with the public (community services for a city) I could never imagine behaving in such a way. When we arrived I felt brushed off. Rushed through and half ass assistance, while others had a totally different greeting and more thorough welcome as far as information. I originally called before my booking to ask a few questions. It was difficult, very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I deced to just book and then called again (and again) and was able to get assistance to answer a few questions and organize a floor room as my child is terrified of elevators. Upon our arrival, we were rushed and not given a floor room. I asked if one was not available given my child is TERRIFIED, the woman seemed annoyed and checked. She said there was and it was 126. I struggled to find the room. They point behind when I asked where 126 is. I have health problems. Including heart failure. I'm trying to spend time 1:1 with my youngest. My kids father was with us to assist with luggage and stroller. I was up and down struggling at first unable to find the room. Once I couldn't physically carry on he went to the desk to ask for room 126. They brushed him off just pointing in a general direction. He looks again, we both look. I had triple asked making sure our room was 126. They annoyingly said yes. We could not for our lives find the darn room. I had watched a video online about penmanship and a woman not being able to find her room. So I tried room 125 despite my key saying 126. Lo an behold, it worked!!! Words cannot express how disgusted I felt by the treatment I experienced.

Guests should be notified of tree trimming times and those spaces should be closed off. We walked out to trees being trimmed right on top of our car. The landscapers were respectful and doing their job but we feel the hotel should I notified us.

Staff was very friendly. Maintenance staff was also very friendly and quick to respond to problems. Child loved the Disney Halloween decorations in the lobby.
