This hotel was very large and they placed me in the furthest possible room from the elevators which I was not happy with after a day in Disneyland. I didn’t feel the property was upkept for the price they are charging per night. The shuttle to Disneyland was convenient, but otherwise the walk was on the longer side.

Walls were paper thin. Asked the staff to help with a noise incident and nothing was done. Noise from 11:00 to 3:00 am while sleeping.

Nice and clean. The operators who buzz you into the parking structure were super rude! The hotel key wouldn’t open the gate to let me in so I had to press the button to let me in, and every time the operator was extremely rude! And even with loud music playing in the speaker in the background.

Great location for events and activities around the convention center. Parking is $50 for valet and self parking at $40. Little pricey but I guess we pay for convenience. Nuse restaurant was great for dinner, Slice pizza had good pizza. Nice experience as before.
