Perfect stay.

The breakfast was lackluster and the food was cold. We got there right when they started serving it. The pillows are TERRIBLE. They are too square and small. Very uncomfortable What sealed the deal for me was as I was blow drying my hair; THE BLOW DRYER CAUGHT ON FIRE. The entire room smelled horrible. I had to air it out the room. My husband went to speak to front desk. She didn’t seem shocked at all. She was barely apologetic. We were not offered any accommodation or help for the issue. Too many issues and we weren’t treated well. Use your money to go somewhere else.

We liked the clean rooms & that breakfast & parking were included. It was a very short walk to the Toy Story parking lot to get the free shuttle to Disneyland. Nil

The proximity to Disneyland was great. We were walking distance from both the Toy Story shuttle and the Main Gate. Parking was convenient and hotel staff was very helpful.

the same hot breakfast options everyday. i dont mind if i’m only staying for 2-3 nights but people might get sick of it

Breakfast was okay. The room is small, super crowded, and very very warm (maybe their ac was out). I don't eats eggs or meat so I cannot comment on the hot items. They had bread, bagels, mini muffins, mickey mouse waffles, eggs, bisquits and gravy, meats, tater tots, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and juices. Staff was very friendly, they gave us an extra half hour to check out in the morning and honored our request for a 3rd floor room. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but they looked nice. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely return!!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking was not convenient due to the parking lot being so small and hotel being so busy. Neighbors were loud, and we had random people knocking at the door during odd hours of the night. There was construction going on early morning of our departure which made both myself and friend irritated. The walls are so thin, so it was hard to fall back asleep.

The tvs mor up to date so we can what disneyplus Netflix Wasn't able to connect to the internet

Overall, this place was great!! Everyone was so courteous and friendly. Will be staying here for every Disneyland trip! There was nothing not to like about this stay.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The property is on the older side. The pool is very small. The parking and breakfast are both included which is very useful. Walking distance to disneyland.

Proximity to the toy story car park for Disney shuttle. Clean. No safe in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre. The property is about a 23-28 min walk from Disneyland. Took a Lyft to the park and paid $7 so that was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was not very personable. No conversation was made except for "how can I help you" Will not be a return guest!
