Location A lot! Next to a busy truck stop, sketchy entrance area, no elevator, room carpet, furniture, bathroom fixtures, bedcover, etc all look like they’re from 1983. Cheap owners. Place needs a massive remodel.

Room was not cleaned. Dead bugs and roaches in the room. Internet was terrible.

Got in late and easy access to interstate HWY. Good restaurants close but most close by 10pm . I gave it 4 stars because the rooms smell bad musty and need airing out. Breakfast was great with a big variety, but very small dinning room and no fruit !

The staff refused to accommodate the fact that my father is in a wheelchair and could not be placed on the third floor with no elevator. They were extremely rude and when requested, would not refund the stay.

The hotel was clean but in need of refurbishment. It's pretty old. I didn't use any "amenities" so I can't speak to that. As a pass through stop it was as expected. Nice enough for the price. I would stay there again.

The hallway was putrid. The smell was repulsive. Parts of the baseboards were pulled away. The lady was snide. My request was treated like an inconvenience. The whole place needs an update and a more accommodating staff.

We could not get the TV to connect. Wasn't that big of a deal for us.

The description of the property They had us down for an upper level room. Per description, we rented ground level. Clerk stated no ground floor rooms were available. She sent us to 2nd floor, smoke Oder heavy presence. Then she had a ground floor offer that smelled of animal urine. Then she offered a room that upon entering, there were people sleeping in bed. Then she tried to offer another ground floor room. Was done with her and the hotel by this time.

Room stunk with mildew and cigarettes. I refuse the room and asked for a refund. I got a paper printed refund, but the facility still charged my credit card and it’s on my bill.

Stay here due to semi truck parking. Easy off and on to I-40 or the 335 loop.

Clean spacious room, plenty of parking ,even have lot for semi trucks. Check in was quick and easy, staff are friendly. Located in a decent area of town with plenty of spots for food.

Dirty carpets, funky smell in room and hallway. Hard biscuits at breakfast.

Lamp didn’t work but hotel desk worker put me in another room.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was very old. The room smelled aweful. The bed and the shower was clean. The hotel is next to a huge truck stop and you heard them all night long. The AC unit was extremely loud! Will not stay again !!

Late breakfast. Shower curtain disintegrating. Otherwise good for the money
