Home2 Suites by Hilton Amarillo East

Best value in east Amarillo! Very comfortable.

It had everything we needed; two beds plus a pull out for our boys, and a full fridge for all our cooler contents. The area wasn’t thrilling and breakfast ended too early for us west coasters who slept till 9:30.

It’s not great and pricy, they are not well staffed. Not as good as other similar hotels in the price range. Check in was a disaster.. gave us a room that was occupied

This hotel was perfection! Right next door to the big Texan, our room on the top floor was huge and comfy. The sofa doubles as a bed, the mini kitchen was awesome and the blackout shades topped it all off!

Room smelled & the $

This was the best stay of any I've had in this area. The first stay made us want to book here every trip!

Staff was friendly. The room was huge! And clean.

Staying in different hotels since 3 months the “breakfast buffet” was the worst we had during this time. Coffee was cold/warm, potatoes cold, eggs cold/warm. Only the “homemade chicken” was kind of hot. Very disappointing.

The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared..

Very clean and very polite staff will stay again if we are over that way

The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The place was chosen for the pool and it wasn’t working and that was not disclosed.

The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome! Our beds were super cozy. There was a weird smell in the elevator and hallway. The pool towels were really small.

Breakfast felt substandard and coffee bad

It was very nice. The staff very helpful & friendly.

Thank u to Jeannie, friendly, clean n great atmosphere. Best place to stay in amarillo tx

Rooms were clean and good location. Needed more carts to transport luggage.

Great location Could have been cleaner. There was some hair left in the room from a previous guest.

The rooms was very spacious and clean

Kitchen in the room, mattress was fabulous, room temp was perfect, water temp was perfect, loved having a taller toilet. Staff was very helpful when we were trying to get through the front doors with our bags. When we arrived, the 2nd floor hallway was lined with huge bags of trash and dirty laundry. Big tripping hazard, not to mention the smell. It was difficult to navigate with the luggage cart because the bags were spilling out. Completely ruined the aesthetic. The carpet in the room was so dirty, our brand new slippers stuck to it and then to the tile in the bathroom and kitchen. The floor in front of the toilet was dirty and yellow. Obvious that someone missed the toilet and the floor was never cleaned. The room door was so heavy it was very hard to open and hold open to move in and out. Continue to be disappointed and more than a little concerned that your “handicapped” rooms are above ground floor level. In an emergency, there would be no way to get out since the use of stairs is not an option. Please do better.

Very spacious comfortable rooms Attracted larger families who were loud and not respectful of those who wanted it quieter
